Input voltage is 48V; The output voltage is - 20V; The output current is 3A; The MOS is burnt out in no-load, and CSD19534Q5A and CSD19532Q5B have been used for MOS models respectively; The top and bottom layers of PCB are shown in the figure below:

1. R10 should be open
2. Remove inductor
3. Sett he power supply current limit to 0.2A
4. Gradually increase VIN and check the SW pin voltage at low VIN. It should be less than 100V at the maximum VIN.
The traces are too thin....CSG should be kelvin-connected to Rsense, AGND is not directly connected to EP...
