if EN pin is connected to VS pin for always ON.
The power-on sequence is A pin -> DGATE-> VS -> EN -> then start LM74910? is correct?

Hi Lawrence,
For the LM74910-Q1 to be ON and functional the VS has to be powered and the voltage on VS pin has to be greater than Vs POR Rising threshold.
Then for the DGATE and HGATE to be ON the required conditions are specified in the datasheet as shown below.
