This Part is IEC62368 certified, but does is also cover implementing IEC62368 "low power source"-feature as single fault tolerant design and without any separate diagnostics?
I mean Covering IEC62368 table Q.1 limits and complying Clause G.9 as single part.

I think you should also own this standard and I think that's illegal to share screenshots from standards, because there is restrictions on how many person can even open these files.
I saw from your UL-COA file that this device seems to be considered as Overcurrent Protective Device, BUT Standard also says that " Where an overcurrent protective device is used, it SHALL be a fuse or a non-adjustable, nonautoreset, electromechanical device." If UL says this device is Overcurrent Protective Device, I'm happy to accept that :). Maybe I still need to consult from UL that all other points on COA are ok to get LPS certification, but of course if you can tell me this device is capable to provide all needed for LPS certification as single part, that would be great! :)

I think main concern here Is that, is this component seen as similar component as Fuse. Components COA-file says "These devices have been investigated as electronic overcurrent protective devices in accordance with the requirements contained in UL 2367." and there is referred to similar table as in 62368 Table Q.2, but IEC/UL62368 says that " Where an overcurrent protective device is used, it shall be a fuse or a non-adjustable, nonautoreset, electromechanical device."
So question would be, is this component seen as similar as normal fuse or is it "IC current limiter". COA-file indicates that it is seen as fuse because it's referring to table Q.2. If it would be "IC current limiter" there should be reference to Table Q.1 and it should pass 62368 Chapter G.9 test program.
I think this component is little bit ahead of standards and that's why the confusion. By 62368 it should be electromechanical device if referred to Table Q.2
