Hi,

I am trying to connect the TPS929120 EVM evaluation board to the GUI but an addres problem pops up. I have the addr jumpers seted up like in the photo below:

Which should be the addr in the GUI? I use this one, but it does not connect.

Hi, Aitor,

If it is first time connected to EVM board, yes, it is address 01. Certainly, you can try different address from 00 to 07 in case the address had been changed before.

It seems you are using CAN bus for communication, Please follow description in EVM user guide 3.1.2 Communication with CAN Transceiver for hardware setup.

If it still doesn't work, please help share screen shot and/or video.

Hello,

I checked all the hardware setup and everything seems OK. I add photos to show it:

Nevertheless, the same error keeps apearing. I also tried supplying through J1 conector to see if that was the fault, but nothing changed.

Hi, Aitor,

The picture shows that pins to USB2ANY are mismatched. Please retry it with correct pin connection and see if it works.

As it can be seen in the picture it was incorrectly pluged. Changin that everything works.
