I just recreated this error by removing vio power on the EVM. So believe this may be the cause.

Hello David,
I cannot find that exact error code, but I believe it is related to I2C2. In your PMIC configuration is the second I2C configuration (I2C2) enabled? The GUI reads the GPIO1 and GPIO2 configuration and if set accordingly uses GPIO1 and GPIO2 to read out the page 4 registers. If the jumpers are not connecting GPIO1 and GPIO2 to SCL2 and SDA2, and the pullups are not populated then the GUI will show the error.
