Yes, this device supports full-bridge, half-bridge, and push-pull topologies that are able to supply this amount of power to the output.
What is your input voltage? This device is rated up to 100V input.

In order to determine the necessary transformer and MOSFET, you will need to determine what power topology you want to use, namely the full bridge, half bridge, or push-pull.
Also, can you share the the input voltage and any other design requirements you have?

If not already done, please consider TI Power Stage Designer which is a free and easy to use design tool. You can determine the transformer parameters and voltage and current stress on the MOSFETs for most of the mainstream converter topologies. The information you can get from Power Stage Designer will help make it easy to select power stage components, work with magnetics vendors and even compensate your control loop. Hope this helps.

Hi Govind,
You can refer to this LM5045 reference design to see an example of the magnetics and MOSFETS used. However, it would be best to check with the magnetics vendor directly for transformer recommendations.
For selecting the MOSFETS you will need to consider the RMS, and PK currents, as well as the voltage rating to ensure they have enough margin to withstand the operating current and voltage.
TI MOSFETs are rated up to 100V for N-channel so there will not be enough margin for your 100V input range. You can also check Power Stage Designer as Steve mentioned above to understand the specifications needed for the transformer and MOSFET.

Hi Govind,
I would look at the device you asked about in this thread, LM5045. It is a full-bridge PWM driver. There is an evaluation board that is similar to your design specs that can give you a jumpstart in your design: LM5045EVAL Evaluation board | TI.com.
