Thank you for reaching out.

The customer could find the answer to this question in the datasheet of the TLV627432 – the EN abs max voltage rating is linked with VIN. This means its NOT possible to apply a voltage on EN before VIN is present. If its done on this part then it would violate the abs max rating conditions and there is a high likelihood of supply damage.
