TPS7A57: Question about Bias Pin on the TPS7A5701

Part Number: TPS7A57

Hi, in my application I am generating 5V out from a 5.4V input and would like to keep the charge pump disabled.  I tied CP_EN low and connected VBIAS to the VIN input.  Is this a valid configuration?  I have tried simulating in LTSpice (importing the TI Spice Model from your website) and the simulation does not produce the 5.0V.  Instead, the voltage goes to about 3.3V.  There seems to be a somewhat constant 2.1V difference between the input and the output.  If I connect the VBias to a higher voltage, then it seems to work OK.  Can you advise if these connections are OK, specifically conencting VBIAS to VIN?  Is there some sort of a dropout limitation in the VBIAS relative to the output?  Below is a snip of the circuit.
