Hello,

Looking for what the resolution was as to why the grounding pad appears this way.

    Hi Robert,

    Sorry for the delay, I forgot to get back to you.

    The packaging team pointed out that what looks like oxidation is mold flash from the molding process. The etched feature is called the U-groove, and as long as the mold flash is not inside of the U-groove, the thermal pad is considered good. So, these look normal.
