BQ24650: CHG WON'T WORK

Hi, 

I am working with 2S5P battery pack

I chose to work with the BQ40Z50-R2 gauge and the BQ24650 to charge the battery pack.

My problem is that the CHG won't work.

I checked the voltages on my board and it is like it suppose to be to activate the charge in the bq24650 manual.

I will be happy to know if you have more ideas to help my solve my problem.
