Dear Ulrich,
I'm following the topic:
Please send me the final simulation file and excel calculation file for 5V output 10 A.
Best Regards,,
Jack
Hello Jack,
Thank you for your interest in the UCC28780 ACF controller.
I'm sure that you can understand that I am not at liberty to disseminate other customers' private files.
However, you may download the UCC28780 Excel Calculator tool (https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sluc664 ) and fill in all of the user-selectable values for your specific design targets, and then modify the UCC28780 Simplis simulation file (https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/slum643 ) available on our website to reflect the design choices you make to achieve those targets.
All of the advice that I provided in the previous E2E thread is still applicable and should help you to avoid making similar mistakes, so you can get to your solution faster.
Regards,
Ulrich
Hi Ulrich,
Thank for your supports !
Before that, I used excell file to calculate and simulate. However, the results were not as expected. I send you simulation and calculation files, please let me know the error I am getting.
I attached the file as below !

Hello Jack,
This is to let you know that I received your files this morning and I've spent much of the day working on your Simplis file, but have not found the cause of the problem yet. I am working on it further, along with the Excel file, but I may not have a solution for a day or two. Please allow me more time to investigate this, mixed in with my other tasks.
Regards,
Ulrich
Hi Ulrich,
I have simulated out 5V output, with 6A load. I changed RVS2 form 12.7k ==> 8.5k.
I tried the inductor value to achieve the desired transient. How can I achieve transient like your circuit (UCC28780EVM-021) ?. For example, optimize resistance values at RTZ, RDM pins or change RVS1, RVS2.... With L=110u ==> peak Vo ~ 5.6V
Can you please share your email ID so i can share the SIMetrix file and probably you can help in fixing the issue.
Best Regards,,
Jack

Hello Jack,
This thread started out involving a 5V, 10A design, but your latest post discusses a 5V, 6A design.
You had also posted another E2E thread concerning simulation of a 5V 6A design derived from PMP30361.
Are you changing the requirement from 10A to 6A? And are these separate posts really the same project?
If so, I'd like to continue this thread as the main one and close out the other one.
In any case, all of the advice I gave in that thread apply to this one, too.
I have sent you an email and your reply can have the simulation file attached, for me to review.
But I hope you can incorporate some of the improvements that I recommend in my reply to your other E2E posting before you send it.
Regards,
Ulrich
