We plan to use bq24125 to charge 1 cell Li-on battery from 5V(64%-84% duty) but we concern thermal so is there any solution from TI to do such application?

bq24125 use PFET for the high side switching FETs. The two input PFETs total resistor is 400mohm. The bq24133 use NFET and the resistor is much lower than PFET.
