BQ40Z50: Add a 0.1uF on DISP pin to avoid ESD

Hi expert,

Recently, there is a failure return - the internal wakeup function on DISP function is gone.

Supposedly customers would like to add a 0.1uF to avoid ESD. Any concern for this?
