Currenly we are using TPS1HC100-Q1 as a high side stage . This is used for contactor control . We also have a low side which is pwm control. Using this High side we only turn on or off the high side. Currently i read this component is functional safety capable. Under such cases, what will be the diagnostic coverage for SNS pin and Fault pin diagnosis?
i need the percentage of diagnostic coverage like low or medium or high which can be achieved through these pins ?
