UCC21520: the pulse is not flat

Hi team,

My customer use UCC21520 in their project, the test waveform of the PULSE - M2 shows that the top of the pulse is not flat. Could you please help give some suggestion to improve the problem？

Hi Ivy,

Have you measured a normal pulse separate from the circuit to make sure that the problem isnt due to the compensation of the probes first? I tend to see this type of curved pulse when my scope probes aren't compensated.
