We currently want to choose a driver, mainly used to drive UV lamps, input 5V DC, boost output AC1000V or so to excite UV UV lamps, power 2W, this design has high requirements for PCB layout, so it requires enough peripheral devices, preferably built-in Mos, the package should be small enough, is there a suitable recommendation?

Hi Aiwen,

For very low power you could use a push-pull controller and a transformer (with a relatively high turns ratio) to generate 1000V AC at the output. The output will be a square wave, maybe even a very crude sine wave with output filtering.

Here is a link to TI's controllers that support push-pull topology, ON/OFF thresholds below 5V, and maximum duty-cycle of 50% (14 parts found).
