BQ34Z100EVM: How to configure BQ34Z100EVM for a 36V; 10000 mAh;360000 mWh; 10S4P battery

Part Number: BQ34Z100EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: EV2400, , BQ34Z100-G1, BQ34Z100, BQ34Z100-R2, BQSTUDIO

I have a BQ34Z100EVM, a EV2400 and a battery . It is a 36 V (when fully charged it is at 42V), 10000 mAh battery in 10S4P configuration, so the design energy is 360000 mWh. The max value for the design energy parameter is 32767 as per the register size. So I have configured the "Design Energy" as 3600 and made "Design Energy Scale" as 100.

I have made the following changes and configurtion to it,

  1. Updated the firmware to the G1 version using Battery Management Studio software

  2. Configurations:

I calibrated the voltage, so that works fine.

    Queries:

    1. I am not able to get the Available Energy parameter correct, when the registers are read. So, it is not ready to start a learning cycle.

    2. What are the required configurations to be made for the above battery, to get the right output? I have referred all the TRM, Datasheet, Application Notes, etc. Nothing seems to work.
