The adc leakage current with the internal current source disabled is ~5uA.

Thank you for your very useful information for my design, some of the ADC texas datasheet it was mentioned but its not mentioned inucc5870Q1 data sheet is there any calculation for calculating adc leakage current.

This specification is measured, there is no calculation.

Could you help me understand what you are trying to calculate with this value?
