TPSM846C23: Select parts for provide power for DDR3/4 DRAM with PMBUS control

Hi Experts,

I am trying to help on of our customer with the below concern:

He has a project have to drive DDR3/4 DRAM on board and require PMBUS control
He already found part for VDD, now he needs parts for VREFCA/DQ, VTT and VPP
Do we have any parts provide

VREF,VTT 0.5~0.9V with 1% tolerance, 5mV step, min 0.75A, PMBUS control

VPP 1.5~2.8V, 5% tolerance, 10mV step, min 3.75A, PMBUS control

Upon checking, we do not have a DDR memory power IC that can fit his requirements. I have filtered our list of devices considering the below parameters:
DDR memory type: DDR3, DDR4
Output: VTT, VREF, VPP

Now, we also thinking of a DC/DC step down regulator but not sure what will fit. May we ask for your assistance on this? Thank you in advance.

    I am not aware of a PMBus enabled termination LDO, but since the VTT and VTT_REF specification is 1/2 of VDDQ, a Tracking LDO without PMBus would generally be a valid, or even preferred solution to a programmable one.  You can recommend the TPS51200.

    As for a PMBus controlled switching converter for VPP, we can offer a few options.  The TPS546A24A, if PMBus telemetry is desired, or the TPS53915 if telemetry is not required.
