According to datasheet 92520 can measure the internal temperature, which can be read via SPI communication. What's the accuracy of the internal temperature measurement?

    It is accurate to within a couple of degrees.  The temperature sensor used to record the is centrally located between channels.  based on the power dissipation across the parts, it is possible to see as much as 5-6 degrees from the hottest part (HS and LS fets) to the sensor. The lower the power dissipation the lower the delta in the measurements. 

    -fhoude
