ULN2003A: Difference between ULN2003ADR and ULN2003AD

Hi team,

I find that the Lead finish/ Ball material of ULN2003ADR is NIPDAU | SN but for ULN2003AD, its NIPDAU. What's the difference?

Hi Nison,

The " NIPDAU | SN" notation signifies the device could have either lead finish.

If device is needed to be certainly NIPDAU, I would suggest the ULN2003AD.
