Hi,

I have occur TPS55288 Buck side High side MOSFET damage issue.(Q1)

Would you please help review schematic and layout?

It damaged when Vin=20V, Vout=5V condition.

Please add me friend and I will send you schematic and layout file via privacy message.

And please let me know what waveform you need.

Please reply with the application condition: input voltage range, output voltage and max output current. May I know the customer name and the application used in?
