Hi Team,

Customer is trying to install BQAutoEval for BQ79616- Q1, but they have failed with below report:

They are using Win 10 Pro system.

Here is their log file:

Can you please help to advise what is causing this failure and how to fix this.

Besides that, is it possible to connect 4 pins in red to MCU UART?

Henry,

Can you double check that they first unzipped the folder first (not the image one) and then retry the download?

Also yes they could use those pins to connect the MCU.

Hi Taylor,

Tried, still doesn't work.

I have also tried to share through TI drive to ensure the Zip file is not damaged.

Can they try on a different PC? I will look into this with SW team in the meantime to double check.

Can you try on your PC? It could likely be the firewall on their PC because we do not have the same issue on Windows 10.
