TPS3779: Wrong output signals on OUT1 and OUT2

Part Number: TPS3779

Hi,

I am using a TPS3779DDBV for monitoring the voltage of a LiPo cell:

It works most of the times with the correct triggering points, but sometimes I measure the following:

VDD = 4.2v

SENSE1 = 1.2v ( > Vit+)

SENSE2 = 1.8v ( > Vit+)

OUT1 = OUT2 = 0v (but since both SENSE1 and SENSE2 are above threshold, both outputs should be “High” ??)

There are no noisy supplies or anything else on the board.

“Resetting” the circuit by removing and re-applying VDD will again bring the correct states on OUT1 and OUT2.

Where could the problem be?

Thanks!
