TPS7A20: Do we have an EVM that supports this device's DSBGA (TCK) package?

You meant YCK package correct? 

Unfortunately, there is no specific EVM for the YCK package. We do have the TPS7A21EVM-059 which comes in the YWD package. 

Here is a quick comparison between the recommended footprints:

It could be worth giving it a try as the dimensions are very similar to each other.
