Hello,
both IRS21850STRPBF (Infineon) / FAN73711MX (On Semi) are EOL. What is our closet alternative HS gate driver?

    Hi Holger,

    We do not currently have a high-side driver like this. The main options right now are using a low-side with level-shift, a half-bridge like UCC27714, or a single-channel isolated driver. An isolated driver with a bootstrap for the bias should work fairly well. 

    Also, could you share the use-case? Is this for an SR? If you would rather not share on the public forum that is okay.
