Actually, there are instances in which it is recommended to tie NC to GND to help with thermal performance.
For TLV733P-Q1 there is no risk. You can tie NC to GND to help improve thermal performance and help with the PCB layout.

Hi Jiawei,
The NC pin is a No Connection Pin, and it is defined as such since it is not electrically connected to anything internally, therefore, there is no risk to connect this pin to someother pin (unless otherwise specified). This pin can be left floating, but we recommend tying it to GND to improve thermal performance.
