Hi Experts,

Customer is looking for PSpice model for CSD25310Q2.

Our available models for this is in PSpice and TINA.

Question:
Can this be used for covering process variations? Like how a Foundry provides Fast and Slow device spice models for a MOSFET?

They are requesting such models to check the variations with simulations.

Thanks for considering our MOSFETs.

Unfortunately the models do not include corner cases and are just for a typical device. As such you can not use them to look at variations just a typical device.
