BQ27542-G1: bq27542-G1 "error code = 1" when program GPCRB file

The customer program the GPCRB file, an error occurred when importing, screen as below:

They try to update the latest chemistry ID, and still have the error.

They turn off the scan then push the reset button on EV2400 and try, still have the error.

How to solve this problem?

They don't have any other communication errors besides when they try to upload the GPCRB file?

Hello Star,

The error code indicates a problem with EV2300/EV2400. The screenshot shows EV2300. Did you try with both EV2300 and EV2400?

EV2400 and EV2300 have been tested and the results are the same

I would recommend using the latest bqStudio and try again to see if it resolves the issue. Also make sure that EV2400 FW is upgraded to v0.32
