I cannot find an USB-IF Test ID for the TPS25750 in the datasheet. Is there a Test ID for this Chip?

TPS25750D: 4579

Hi Brandon,

I have another question:

According to the datasheet, the IC is compliant with USB PD 3.0 specification. Does it also comply with PD 3.1 specification revision 1.3? Can you tell me the difference between the two specifications for a power source?

Hi Fabian,

Apologies for the delay response, Brandon is currently on military leave.

TPS25750 is only compliant with PD 3.0 specification, if you were to conduct compliance testing with TPS25750 against PD3.1 it will not meet the specification. PD3.1 includes several new features, including EPR and changes to certain specifications that TPS25750 does not meet.
