TPS3850: Required Parameters For Calculating FIT and MTTF according to IEC62380

Hi,

I am calculating the FIT rate and MTTF for each IC in our system that includes TPS3850. According to the IEC62380 FIT rate formula, number of the transistor parameter is needed.

This parameter does not effect FIT rate significantly when at <10^7 values.

What should I do about the number of transistors in IC parameter?
