Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQSTUDIO, BQ27220, GPCCEDV, EV2400
Hello,
We are going to perform the calibration for BQ27220EVM via bqStudio (based on Section 3.3 in "sluubf5.pdf"). We have already performed the calibration of 'CC offset/board offset' and 'voltage'. However, we did not succeed in performing the calibration of 'current'. I have attached the screenshots of the calibration screen in bqStudio and also the photos of the hardware configuration we have used. Could you please let me know if you have any idea how to possibly make the current calibration work? Moreover, it seems that the calibration (of 'CC offset/board offset', 'current', and 'voltage') is not stored in non-volatile memory, right? Thank you in advance.
Kind regards,
Reza Ghaderi
The above screenshots and photo are made based on the first option for the current calibration (i.e. "Connect a 2-A load to LOAD+/LOAD–") and the following screenshot and photo are made based on the second option (i.e. "or a current source to LOAD–/PACK–"). The second option did not make sense to us, but we did it for the sake of completeness.
