Hi Team,

I am curious about the MOSFET architecture in TPS25221. Ingeneral N-MOSFET the body is connected to source so a body diodes is present, but refer to TPS25221 the body is connected to GND directly:

1. When Vout is larger than Vin, can we get reverse current from Vout to Vin?

2. Do you have any file that introduce more about body-to-GND MOSFET?
