LM25145: About Tj condition when Irdson=200uA

Hello,

I would like to ask you a question about the LM25145.
The condition of Tj at Irdson=200uA in the electrical characteristics is 25℃ as shown in the figure below.
However, looking at the description in 8.3.10, it is 27°C.
which one is correct?

Hi Kaji,

The EC table is the actual test specification so 25C is more accurate.

However 25C and 27C are essentially the same room temperature,

If Irdson is 200uA at 25°C, it becomes 200.9uA at 26°C, and RILIM is calculated by the following formula.
Am I correct?
Also, at 24°C, Irdson=199.1uA.

Kaji,

Correct, however the 1uA difference is negligible when you consider the min and max tolerances.

You can double check figure 13 in the datasheet for different temperatures.
