My customer organized it as follows, but it doesn't work.
-spec-
Input: DC 14~24V
Output: 60V 6A
Part: LM5022+UCC27512+IGLD60R190D1(infineon)
-Questions-
1. At no load, the voltage is 60V output. However, if the load is raised, the voltage drops.
There is no change in duty even if the load is raised.
It's their first time using GaN, so is there an error in the circuit configuration?
2. It is said that the reason why they used GaN was because the board had to be made small.
I would like to introduce GaN as a ti solution.
If you have a GaN solution that fits the specification above, can you suggest it to me?
