LM2733: proper MCU shutdown pin connection

Hi,

Would this be the correct connection to an MCU?

I would like the regulator to be active only when VDISPON goes high.

Hi Denny,

I don't see concerns on this schematic. It should work.

One reminder is that when VDISPON is low and the the device is inactive, there will be around 5V Vout(from Vin supply).
