Hi Sathish,
Output cap value is dependent on your application requirement. We recommend small cap like 0.1uF for decoupling purpose. You can use PSpice model available on product page for evaluation.

in the typical application used 1.4mF for 12v,15A,but i need only 12v,6A ,so can you please tell the out put capacitor value.
Hi Sathish,
It is shown 1.4mF because that server application typically uses such cap. You should keep cap based on your application needs. You can skip using cap if not needed. You can just keep ceramic cap of 1uF. eFuse device does not need cap for its operation.

now i am working on LTSpice model simulation so i need a S-parameter model and LT spice model for this part.TPS259823o.then only i can able to simulate that part.
can you please tell me which model is supports for LTspice simulator.or else please share the model for LTspice simulation software,TPS259823o
Hi Sathish,
We have PSpice model on product page on ti.com.

Hi Sathish,
You can download PSpice for TI tool also available on product page. Please visit TPS25982 product page on ti.com.

for Pspice simulation i haven't the orcad tool so can i to use the LT spice simulator
?
I don't have an orcad tool, thus can I use the LT spice simulator as it supports Pspice simulations?
Hi Satish,
You can download this tool https://www.ti.com/tool/PSPICE-FOR-TI. You can try with LT spice but for that you need to import library file.
