BQ28Z610-R1: Gauging Parameter Calculator doesn't work

Hello,

Want to check the ID chemistry following a learning cycle with Gauging Parameter Calculator (GPC).
Unfortunately, it seems do not work correctly.

I uploaded these files:

1s3p.zip

And I received the response: "Warning: Discharge rate is too high. High rate reduces ID detection accuracy 10 hr rate is recomeended. Total discharge time is less than 5 hrs t_hrs= 0"

In our case the discharge last 7.7 hours, this should be enough to determine the good chemistry, shouldn’t it?

Can you help me on this?

Hello Charles,

The discharge rate must be C/10 or less. This means a minimum of 10 hours. Please collect a new log at C/10 rate and submit it.

Hello Shirish,

I had some suspicion about a minimum of 10 hours (slua777 mentions a discharge rate between C/5 and C/10 ; and GPC tool demands a minimum of discharge time = 5hr).

However, I performed a new learning cycle with a rate discharge below C/10. The results is the same by GPC tool... I think this tool doesn't correctly calculate the discharge time.

The discharge rate for slua777 and for GPC tool are different. GPC tool requires discharge rate of less than C/10. The log must be a minimum of 10 hours of discharge. If that still gives an error, then use a C/20 rate
