TPS63000: Buck-Boost

Hi,

Good Day.

The customer is developing a tracker for VR-Applications and needs some design tips, he found the TI chips like TPS630xx for buck-boost supply from a single LiPo cell.

Are there any chips including buck/boost and charging the LiPo? Do these chips switch automatically between buck and boost?

    Hi  Ray,

    i think you mean buck-boost converter to charging the LIPo, right? yes, these chips will transfer from one mode to another automatically.

    my concern is that our BUBO converter are CV output, and may be it is not suitable for a battery. did there any other resources  we can use? such as I2C or PWM.
