Hello Team,
As I see on TPS563240, it has high side FET over current protection. So when the inductor saturation lines I changed device to TPS563240 and it solved. but I have curious things to it.
1. How the high side FET over current protection works? I know it turns off 1uS and let reduce the current on inductor and High side FET. but want to know the operation on inside of IC. Could you explain for me?
2. I can see a lot of buck devices do not have high side over current protection. Do I know the reason of why or why not the Buck have High side FET over current protection?
