My customer asked that can TPS54540 quick discharger when we remove the loading? they have one situation that will disable output loading and this moment would need to Vout discharge less than 10ms from 8.5V to 0V. like ON the MOS as below picture red circle to quick discharger.

Hi,
This device does not have active output discharge feature.
That diode + FET is part of the BOOT circuitry and primarily used to assist the pull down of the SW to 0V (GND) during when the SW node is off.
Depending on your system application, you may be interested in converters with output discharge feature like the TPS62903-Q1 (https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps62903-q1.pdf). You can search for the output discharge in the buck converter parametric search.
