TPS25750: Operation sequence as a sink device

Part Number: TPS25750

Dear TI team

Please tell me about the operation when "TPS25750D" is used as a 5V/2A sink PDO in a dedicated sink machine.

I think the switch separating VBUS and PPHV is turned on after negotiation with the source device.

I understand that the following order works, is this correct?

Connect the "TPS25750D" board to the source device using a type-c cable

When VBUS is supplied, the TPS25750 generates LDO_3V3 and LDO_1V5 for the external EEPROM and supplies power.

Load PDO configuration written in EEPROM

After negotiation with the source device, the PPHV switch is turned on and VBUS and PPHV are shorted.

Power is supplied to the system connected to the PPHV pin of the TPS25750D

Best Regards,

Taroimo
