Can't export any files from webench coils designer

I am afraid the coil designer tools is not working again. It works well last week in the same network and computer.

I tried to change network but same result.

Please check what is the problem.

The service is working again when I export for Altium Designer. But it doesn't work when I export for Mentor Graphic PADS PCB.

It shows the same error message:

CAD export was not completed successfully.

Please check your connection or retry your inputs to proceed.

Can you check it out?

Hi Wilfred,

The Mentor graphic export issue is generic across the webench tool.This is known issue and team is working on it.This might take longer time to resolve. We will let you know if there are any updates in future.
