EV2400: SO#919414 / EV2400 operation problem

Good day!

Please verify for EV2400 and provide guidance for proper operation.
Customer reported that part does not work and the LEDs don't turn on.

      Customer has ordered part#595-EV2400 1 Qty, against the invoice# 71593748
      which is seems to be defective. As the chat was transferred by the tech
      team to create the S/O. Customer states that part does not work and the
      LEDs don't turn on. I have asked the customer to share the images of the
      part. Customer confirms that they would like to get the replacement.
