TPS28225: Power management forum

Part Number: TPS28225

I'm using the TPS28225 to drive MOSFETS to pulse an inductor through a cap, resonant frequency about 75kHz.  As I raise the MOSFET source V up towards the target, I begin to see some higher frequency oscillations at the switch node which look like hash on the switch node voltage, shortly followed by the destruction of the TPS28225. This has happened a couple of times.  What can I do to mitigate this issue in this circuit?  Any suggestions would be appreciated. By the way, I do not see anything like this on the attached simulation circuit. - Thank You.
