My customer is trying to configure BMS with the following specifications.
They want to make it as simple as possible.
So the competitor item under review is RAJ240090 (https://www.renesas.com/kr/en/products/power-power-management/battery-management/battery-fuel-gauge-ics/raj240090gfp-3-8-series-li-ion-battery-fuel-gauge-ic.)
The RAJ240090 doesn't need MCU.
Does ti have this solution? I want a solution with the simplest configuration possible.

1. Cell chemistry: LTO(Lithium Titanate) Battery , Typ 2.4V(1.5V~2.8V)
2. Cell configuration: 5S4P (12V 160Ah)
3. Application: Battery for starting internal combustion engine
