The TPS22950 Question

Part Number: TPS22950
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2553

Hello!

I am using the TPS22950 as a part of bidirectional power switch in pair with the TPS22916CNLY.
The idea is to switch the TPS22916CNLYF from the TPS22950 #FLT pin in case if external voltage appears when the switch providing internal voltage outside. However, the reverse current in this case is too small to reach the threshold point of the TPS22950 (about 0.9A). That allows the external current to go to the internal VSYS bus and the battery, which can cause battery fire or explosion. Also, I am using the external current set resistor to limit the TPS22950 output current at about 160 mA.
My question is - do you have another part with the TPS22950 functionality but lower reverse current threshold?
May be you have the TPS22916CNY (enable active high) with lower output current limit (not 2A, but smaller)?
Or some integrated solution (like two in one), probably from USB OTG applications...
How to add the schematic here?
Regards,
Konstantin
