DataFlash cannot be written using instructions.Is there anything wrong with my instruction operation?

I wrote DataFlash instructions according to the example in the technical instruction manual, but found that DataFlash data did not change, the chip was not locked and entered cal_en mode. I could complete DataFlash data reading and writing using bqstudio.
