Hi,
Can we use 100uF and 220uF Ceramic caps as an Cout with TPS54320/TPS54620 Devcie.
Generating 1.1V, 1.2V and 1.5V supply voltages from 12V input. Below is the information regarding DC-DC and output voltage/current and Ceramic Caps.
S.No | DC-DC Converter | Output voltage | Output current | Output CERAMIC Caps |
1 | TPS54320 | 1.5V | 1.5A | 3x 220uF , 6.3V |
2 | TPS54620 | 1.2V | 3A | 4x 220uF , 6.3V |
3 | TPS54320 | 1.1V | 2.5A | 5x 100uF, 6.3V |
Please provide your feeback on the same.
Hi Vijay,
Yes, you can use 100uF or 220uF ceramic caps as Cout. Please use attached design tool to do the calculation for TPS54320/TPS54620.
