TPS726: Soft Start Option

Hi Team,

I had some confusion regarding TPS7XX devices. I checked on the product comparison page and it says that they have Soft Start option, however when I go into the datasheet it seems like there is no Soft start option .

Could you please kindly help me confirm that these devices(TPS726,TPS745-Q1) has any internal soft start?

Hi Ernest,

It looks like there is an error in the web API for the devices, and they pulled some bad data or data from the wrong device. The datasheet will always be the most up to date information on the device itself.

for the TPS726 and the TPS745-Q1 it does not have a softstart function, you are correct in referencing the datasheet specifications.

Hi John,

Is there any update on this? Looking for similar option to TPS7A9101DSKR with better inventory. I tried to search it and can't seem to find any similar device with soft start option. Please kindly advise if there is any parts that I missed out.

We have devices that have an internal soft start, and we have other devices that use an external pin to adjust the soft start timing.

Based on the information provided, you are looking for a device that allows to control the soft start of the device.
